It includes managed hosting, Plesk, Cloudflare DNS management, daily backups kept for 14 days, 10 email accounts, SSL, free website migration and one domain registration or renewal. Bigger needs such as dedicated servers and AI hosting are quoted.

Billed annually at £365 + VAT, or monthly at £35 + VAT. You order through the dijitul client portal and we email an invoice. There are no card payments on this website. Annual billing works out at £1 a day.

How much does dijitul hosting cost?
dijitul Complete Hosting is £1 a day + VAT, which is £365 a year + VAT. That covers one website, with managed hosting, Plesk access, Cloudflare DNS management, daily backups, SSL, migration and one domain registration or renewal.
Is the domain really included?
Yes. One domain registration or renewal is included each year on common extensions such as .uk, .co.uk, .com, .org, .org.uk and .net. Premium domains and some extensions are excluded. Extra domains can be added through the client portal.
Are there setup fees or extras for backups?
No. Daily backups (kept for 14 days), SSL, Cloudflare DNS and moving your existing website are all part of the £1 a day + VAT plan.
Is email included?
Yes. dijitul Complete Hosting includes 10 POP3/IMAP email accounts on your domain, with webmail, and we manage the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your mail gets delivered.
How many websites does the plan cover?
One website per plan. Each additional website gets its own plan, and agencies with lots of sites can ask for a quote.
How do I pay?
You order through the dijitul client portal at clients.dijitul.uk, and we send an invoice. It is billed annually at £365 + VAT (£1 a day), or monthly at £35 + VAT. There are no online card payments on this website.
Is website migration free?
Yes. dijitul moves your website from your current host for free as part of Complete Hosting. Migrating more than 5 email accounts may carry a charge, which we agree with you first.
What if I need more than shared hosting?
VPS, dedicated servers, GPU and AI workloads, high-traffic sites and custom software are quoted individually. Request a quote and we will spec it with you.
