Hosting for Aberdeen businesses
Aberdeen has been the centre of the UK's North Sea oil and gas industry since the 1970s, earning the title of Europe's energy capital. Operators, drilling contractors, subsea engineering firms and thousands of specialist suppliers are based in and around the city. As the North Sea matures, many of these companies are moving into offshore wind, hydrogen and carbon capture.
Before oil, the Granite City was known for fishing, shipbuilding and granite quarrying, and its harbour remains one of the busiest in Scotland. The University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University supply engineers, scientists and business graduates. Aberdeenshire adds farming, food processing, seafood and whisky, along with tourism around Royal Deeside.
Energy supply-chain firms often need professional sites that can be updated quickly as they pivot to new markets. dijitul manages hosting remotely, so the website stays secure while you focus on contracts.
