Hosting for Canterbury businesses
Canterbury has been a destination for pilgrims for centuries, and Canterbury Cathedral, St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church together form a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tourism remains central to the city, supporting hotels, guest houses, restaurants, tour guides and the independent shops in its medieval streets.
The city is also a university town, with the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University bringing large numbers of students and staff. Around it, the Kent countryside, long known as the Garden of England, supports orchards, fruit growers, hop farms and a fast-growing wine industry, along with farm shops and food producers.
Kent vineyards selling wine online, guest houses in the city and student-focused businesses all need hosting that is secure and well looked after. dijitul handles it remotely: migration, updates, SSL and daily backups for £1 a day + VAT.
